Louisiana Vacation

We love this picture. Papaw always told me how he rocked me for hours when I was a baby. They both did the same for Alysson.

Mamaw and Papaw really enjoyed Alysson. No one else got an opportunity to hold her.

Big Ronnie also got his opportunity. We enjoyed our dinner with Ronnie & Sandra. Catfish, of course!!! I'm not so sure that they are old enough or ready to be great grandparents yet.

And last but not least, we had dinner on my birthday at Pancho's. We also celebrated with the other birthday girls, Jonnette (Mamaw's second favorite granddaughter) and Melissa.

We were so glad that we went to Louisiana after Christmas. When Papaw died, Brittany told me that she wanted to always remember him like this.

New Pics with hair!

I promised pictures with hair and here they are. I just wish that I was a better photographer.

Melissa and Alicia both had baby showers yesterday and they had a great time. After the shower, Grandma (me) got to babysit and I really enjoyed it!

We have a new Granddaughter!

We welcomed Alysson Faye Taylor this week. She was born on Tuesday, November18 at 9:38 pm. She weighed 6 lbs. 3 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long with beautiful, long black hair. All was present for her birth (except Alan who had a cold). We are so excited to have her join our family.
